News & Announcements:

Across the globe, libraries are lending more than just books — and now the Gibsonville Public Library is, too!
We currently have over 70 items in our Library of Things that are available for the community to check-out and reserve.
Have grandkids coming to visit?  Check out a high chair, a pack-n-play, and some games or toys.
Throwing a party?  Check out a disco light, a turntable, a sno-cone maker and a theatre-style popcorn machine!
Not that kind of party?  Check out a pop-up canopy, a folding table, a bingo set and a 42-cup electric coffee urn.
Trying a new recipe?  Check out a food processor, a mini crockpot, a hotplate or a waffle iron.
Find the complete list of items you can borrow in our public catalog – Available March 2nd, 2020!

On the Table – Food & Fun at the Library | March Class: Sushi (middle & high school)
On the Table is a series of monthly food and nutrition focused events designed to be an opportunity for us to come together as a community to cook and create, learn about the food we eat, and to have some fun. Each month’s intended audience will rotate, and this month is just for teens.  We’ll learn how to create our own signature sushi rolls. We will not use any raw fish in our sushi creations, but some cooked seafood options are available for participants to sample. Registration is required for this FREE event so that we can plan for supplies.

Saturday Movie Matinee: Ford v Ferrari | Saturday March 14, 12-2:30 PM

Saturday Movie Matinees will be held regularly on the second Saturday of each month.  This month’s movie is Ford v Ferrari. Read about the history of this rivalry before you watch the movie, or come in fresh to learn something new!

Check giblib.org/movies to see what’s coming up next!
