If you don’t have Duke and/or you have gas heat, you’ll need 12 months of utility bills (electric & gas) including
kWh and net meter read date for each month.
Income verification:
2026 award letter for one of the following: SSI, SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, LIHEAP, WAP, Head Start, Lifeline, HIP, HOPWA, or Public Housing.
OR, if you are not enrolled in a federal program, bring a federal tax return for
everyone in your home with income.
OR, if you don’t have that, bring your last 4 pay stubs (these must be official
pay stubs, not bank statements) for everyone in your home with income
