Come celebrate the Holidays…socially distanced!
Join us for an “open-air open-house” from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturday, December 5th at the Charlotte Hawkins Brown Museum. Families are invited to walk the newly installed Story Trail across the historic campus of Palmer Memorial Institute to read the classic children’s book “The Snowy Day.” Library staff will be on hand with free take-home holiday craft kits as well as free children’s books while supplies last.
15-minute family photo sessions and visits with Santa are also available for $10 per family (up to 6 people, $2 each additional). Visits with Santa will take place inside Canary Cottage and photos will take place outdoors on the decorated porch – preregistration and pre-payment for Santa sessions are required.
