Book Drop Art Contest
Our outdoor bookdrop needs a new look – and we want you to help design it!
We are holding a contest during the month of August, 2020 to find its new style.
Designs should be fun and family-friendly, and involve only painting the exterior surfaces of the bookdrop, but other than that the sky is the limit. We can’t wait to see what you come up with, Gibsonville!
The 3-page template attached to the form below is a scale drawing of the book drop. Use it as a guide for your design – you can even cut out the pieces to see how they all fit together. Then, use a clean copy of the same pages to submit your final design.
If you don’t have a printer at home, you can pick up a paper copy of the form and templates at the library, or request to get it by mail by calling us at 336-449-6455.
Submit your design, along with the form, to the library by Monday, August 31st.
