The library will be closed the week of March 29 – April 3, 2021. Staff will be rearranging the library’s physical collections, service desks, and public computer stations in order to increase accessibility while still allowing for social distancing inside the building. It is our goal to continue offering the highest level of services possible while observing necessary safety precautions. The library will return to normal operating hours on Monday, April 5, 2021. February 18, 2021 is Gibsonville’s 150th birthday! Gibsonville celebrates Charter Day on Feburary 18th – the day in 1871 that we officially became a Town.  This year, the library and parks and recreation department are honoring 150 years in socially-distanced ways.  Go on a town-wide hunt to help find all 150 gold nuggets – and turn them in to the community center for treats!  And stop by the library on February 18th for a grab and go 150th birthday goodie…
