News & Announcements:

Be a Friend. Support our Library.

Everybody needs a few good friends, libraries included.  Our community is a great supporter of the library, and we appreciate every donation of materials, time and money that we receive.  That’s why we have created a way to support the library and get some special perks as a thank you to our friends.
Interested in benefits like fine forgiveness waivers, early-bird access to new titles, and even free coffee?  Check out our new Friends brochure and find the Friends donation level that works for you.  No ongoing commitment, no strings or red tape attached.  Just a way for us to say thank you for being a Friend.

You can do that at the library?

Borrow books from Alamance County Public Libraries
We are happy to announce a new partnership with the Alamance County Public Libraries that allows our cardholders to request items from ACPL through the Gibsonville Public Library.  If you are looking for a book that we don’t have on hand, let us know – we may be able to borrow it from another library.  You will still check it out and turn it in at Gibsonville Public Library.  This will expand the resources our community can access without making a special trip.
