Este mes estaremos ofreciendo un seminario de conceptos básicos de Windows 10. El mismo será el próximo 15 de marzo del 2023 a las 5:30 pm . En este seminario te enseñaremos destrezas de cómo navegar el sistema operativo de computadoras Windows 10. El seminario tiene como propósito ayudar a nuevos usuarios de Windows 10 a cómo manejar el escritorio, las ventanas y los archivos en este sistema operativo. El seminario será ofrecido en Español y es completamente libre de costos.
Basic Email Class Thursday Mar 30 5:30pm
Join us at the library on March 30 at 5:30pm to learn email basics. The class will cover basic email functions including: logging in and out of your email, sending, receiving, and replying to email, recognizing and dealing with spam, and which tools & apps are needed for using email.
Homeschool Resource Fair Sat Mar 25 11am-2pm @ Gibsonville United Methodist Church
Join us March 25th for our Homeschool Resource Fair to explore local resources and information on testing, evaluation, enrichment programs, and other support services available to our homeschooling community. Whether you’re a first-timer or a long-timer there will be something for you!
Tuesday Morning Storytimes, 10:00 AM
Children birth – age 5 are invited (along with their caregivers) to visit the library for story time! Share songs, stories, and activities with Miss Ashley. Storytimes will be held in the library’s community room, so space is limited. No registration is required for Tuesday morning storytimes – walk-ins and first-time visitors are welcome.

STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) activities are designed for ages 6-12, and will usually take place in the library’s community room on Tuesdays at 4 PM. No registration is required – walk-ins and first-time visitors are welcome.
Knitting/Crochet Club
Like to knit or crochet? Want to learn? Come join the Knitting/Crochet club to get advice and share ideas with others who love knitting/crochet as much as you do! Open to all ages and skill levels. Supplies are available for anyone who doesn’t have their own. The Knitting Club will meet this month on Saturday, Mar 4 at 10am and Saturday, Mar 18 at 10am.
Love anime? Come hang out at the library on February 4th to watch anime, have snacks, and discuss all things Japanese. Gibsonville’s new Anime Club is for teens and young adults who love anime, cosplay, and learning about Japanese culture. The club will meet on the first Saturday of every month at noon.
What is a silent book club? It’s a very simple idea – Silent Book Club is about taking time out of your busy schedule to simply relax and read whatever you want to read, and you get to talk to other people about books (if you want to, or you can just keep reading).
